Terms and conditions

All our legal relationships are governed by the General Terms and Conditions of SECWATCH B.V. (SCW). SCW expressly rejects the applicability of any purchasing or other terms of the Client or third parties. The Client expressly declares that it has received and agrees to the SCW General Terms and Conditions. If you cannot load and/or view these terms, please contact us. An indemnity is mandatory for penetration tests, hacking simulations and other high-risk or potentially criminal activities. This indemnity concerns liability applicable to those activities, such as unauthorised access to computer systems. The indemnity is non-negotiable and does not release us from ordinary liabilities as set out in our General Terms and Conditions.
