Attack simulations
What happens when we simulate an attack?
Security measures need to work together when it matters. With a targeted attack simulation, we examine how technology, people and procedures respond to a scenario that fits your organisation.
From question to insight
What we clarify
- Can the chosen attack scenario achieve its objective?
- Which signals does your organisation see?
- What helps interrupt the attack earlier?
When is this relevant?
Start with what you want to know.
You have implemented measures and want to test how they work together. Or you want a focused exercise with your own team and an external security partner.
The approach
From scenario to insight.
01
A clear learning objective
We choose a scenario, objective and scope. We agree which systems and teams will participate, who will be informed and when we stop or adjust the exercise.
02
Carrying out the attack in a controlled way
We simulate the relevant attack activities within the agreed boundaries. The chosen approach may be a technical simulation or a broader exercise involving people and processes.
03
Learning together
We compare the activities carried out with your team's observations. In a joint exercise, often called purple teaming, offensive and defensive specialists examine together what could be improved.
What you receive
Insight you can act on.
You receive a timeline of the exercise, substantiated findings and specific improvements. This allows you to make targeted changes and later retest what those changes achieve.
Would you specifically like to start after an assumed breach? See the assumed breach test.

Our approach
From assessment to clear next steps.
Read how we define the scope, carry out the assessment and discuss the results with you. With a dedicated secure data room and evidence-based reporting.
Discuss your assessment.
