SECWATCH focuses on penetration testing and 24/7 monitoring to make organisations more resilient
From now on, SECWATCH will focus entirely on what we do well: carrying out targeted penetration tests and monitoring IT environments 24/7 through our SuperSOC. This helps organisations better defend themselves against digital threats. In consultation, we will transfer new requests for fewer than 50 ESET licences to our partner SPINO. We will continue to support customers with 50 licences or more, often in combination with our SuperSOC or penetration testing.
Why this step
The threat of cyberattacks is growing. At the same time, organisations are becoming more demanding: they want visibility of their real risks, immediate action during incidents and practical recommendations that make a difference. That is where our strength lies. SECWATCH carries out penetration tests, monitors IT environments 24/7 and intervenes immediately when suspicious activity occurs. No noise, just results.
To continue serving other customers well, we work with SPINO. They take over licence management and also provide support with workstation management, network security and strategic IT advice. This gives organisations a single point of contact for all their ICT management.
What this means for existing customers
- Current ESET licences remain valid until their end date
- (we remain available for questions and support)
- Renewals are handled automatically through ESET
- New requests for fewer than 50 licences go to SPINO by agreement
- We continue to support customers with 50 or more licences, often in combination with our SuperSOC or penetration testing
